CLIENTS****** (08/08/2010) Beach: PERFECT! Crystal clear warm water and no waves…sure there is seaweed here and there but it’s
the ocean for crying out loud not a filtered pool. Swim out just before the rope boundary and there is a reef that is home
to hundreds of colorful fish!!! Pool: Big and clean. No kiddy pool, Service: The entertainment staff was exceptional, they entertained everyone day and night and our kids just loved Annia and the kids activities. The wait staff and housekeepers were also very friendly. Food: The food was very good overall. We really enjoyed the beach bbq with Jamaican food. My husband and I never ate so much jerk chicken, pork and fish. We LOVED it!! We preferred the buffet over the restaurants because the buffet offered so much more choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet was also air conditioned. Don't get me wrong, the restaurants are still worth trying. The staff was GREAT. Our empty plates were always picked up and our glasses were never empty. The Asian restaurant was Wonderful! Rooms: Big, beautiful and very clean. Entertainment: Would you return: Wonderful activities staff who try to get everyone involved. Would you recommend this resort? Yes How did you find our service? The grounds are beautiful! They had employees walking around constantly maintaining the hotel. Everyone was always pleasant. Would you recommend our service to your family or friends? YES Any additional comments: The hotel was all remolded recently. It is a smaller place but had everything available with a short walking distance. One thing I really liked was the close proximity to the beach, pool and restaurants. We also appreciated that vendors were not allowed on the property, but also had a good laugh when we saw them on their boats in the water :0) We always found beach chairs under the shade for our daughter and the drink service on the beach is also very good...as long as you tip. Thanks Iberostar staff for the relaxing, fun and "no problem" getaway...we hope to book another trip next August! Thanks for all your help!
